What is the healthiest and most interesting form of combat sport to take on?

Im talking about type stuff, like karate.
Without weapons.

Which form of it works the most muscles, and works them really hard.

Capoeira, no doubt about it. It is healthy because you increase your flexibility, strength, and cardio. And you won’t get bored w/ it b/c there are so many interesting moves like giro de mao (spinning upside down on your hand), parafuso (aerial spin kick), and rasteira (sweep) to name a few.

  1. It doesn’t matter which one you take, it’s up to you to work hard. You can slack off or turn up the heat in anything you do.

Hey you asked! "Which form works the most muscles, and works them really hard."

Short answer; Kenjutsu. Although, primarily upper body. If you combine it with Tae Kwan Do though, you’ll be built like Madonna in no time flat…..
