This is duo, which … This is duo, which focuses on the performative side of jiu-jitsu. Duo is to jiu-jitsu what WWE wrestling is to greco-roman. And yes wrestlers do very good in tournaments (Couture, henderson et al) but they all had to learn Jiu-Jitsu eventually beecause of the submission holds, locks and chokes…
the entire point of … the entire point of jujitsu is killing your opponent, or maiming them to the point that they can no longer continue to pose a threat to you, or the success of whatever your trying to do. the entire point of wrestling is keeping your opponents back on the floor. there is a fundamental difference in the type of technique taught in wrestling and jujitsu. a decent highschool wrestler is not equipped to handle a decently trained martial artist, of any system – in general.
Fool! Everyone … Fool! Everyone knows that jujutsu sensei’s have to battle ninjas all the time. They walk down the street and *Kashing* they dodge a shuriken then proceed to battle front flipping Ninjas whilst running up walls having a katana battle.
a decent high … a decent high school wrestler will always woop on someone in martial arts, we have more matches and therefore more experience, these guys are basically acting…
